Payroll Associate I

Job Summary:

The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing payroll and handling related tasks such as encoding loans, computing salaries, printing and releasing payslips, and assisting in final pay processing. The role also involves coordinating with HR for employee clearances, encoding manual adjustments in HRIS, and addressing payroll queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update employee loans/deductions in HRIS.
• Compute payroll manually for SCAA personnel based on time records.
• Print, release, and distribute payslips with acknowledgment receipts.
• Conduct orientations for newly hired/re-hired employees.
• Monitor seasonal employee clearances.
• Assist in final pay processing for resigned/end-of-contract staff.
• Prepare and submit BIR 2316 and final pay documents.
• Attach payroll docs to vouchers and submit for check processing.
