Job Title: Payroll Associate (Onsite)

Position Summary
The Payroll Associate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for 500+ employees across multiple Canadian clients while working onsite in Pakistan. This role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Canadian teams and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in managing high-volume, multi-jurisdiction payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees for multiple Canadian clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Canadian payroll regulations.
• Review and validate employee timesheets, timecards, and attendance data; follow up with client contacts to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuse...
