Payroll Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Compile and direct time card data, calculate pay adjustments and key data into payroll system.
• Review and analyze payroll data and reports for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, and leave.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll information by following policies and procedures.
• Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or any other related fields.
• Highly proficient in Using MS Excel.
• Has strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Should be detailed oriented; has strong sense of urgency; can work under a fast pace working environment.
