Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations
Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees and resolve payroll-related queries
Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business, HR or Math courses
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong attention to details and appreciation of data accuracy and integrity
Able to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits tasks, and PH Government Policy and Regulation...
