Payroll Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder (any course)
• Amenable to work at Ayala Avenue, Makati
• With at least 4 years of experience in payroll, with extensive payroll exposure
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to accept a six-month project-based contract

Job Description:

• Prepare and deliver Monthly / First Run / Ad Hoc / Exit Payroll for all brands covered by the SSC Payroll SLA
• Prepare and strictly follow monthly payroll timetables
• Assist the SSC Payroll Team and agency stakeholders in the continuous review and improvement of payroll processes and procedures
• Prepare and manage all payroll reporting requirements, including statutory and brand-specific reports
• Ensure proper record management in compliance with audit standards
