Senior HR & Payroll Audit Consultant
Work Arrangement:
Remote, casual engagement (22 hours/week guaranteed for the first month; hours may vary based on project needs; potential transition to full-time after 3–6 months)
Compensation: PHP 500–600 per hour
Estimated Monthly Equivalent: PHP 47,500–57,000 per month (based on 22 hours/week)
Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Payroll Audit Specialist with deep experience in Australian payroll compliance, award interpretation, and HR governance. The role involves leading end-to-end payroll audits, analysing data, identifying compliance issues, and preparing audit findings for senior stakeholders. You'll work heavily with Community Services sector awards, including SCHADS, Aged Care, Nurses, and others.
