Overview:

PCP‑designated Payroll & Benefits professional with strong hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle Ontario payroll for diverse employee groups, ensuring strict compliance with CRA regulations, Income Tax Act requirements, CPP, EI, and applicable provincial legislation

Proven track record of maintaining robust payroll governance, including internal controls, reconciliations, approvals, and audit readiness; experienced supporting internal, external, and regulatory payroll audits

Advanced expertise in complex payroll processing, including retroactive pay, overtime, taxable benefits, allowances, and garnishments, with a strong focus on accuracy and risk mitigation

Highly proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, including Dayforce/Ceridian, with demonstrated success in system configuration, upgrades, testing, and driving process improvem...
