Reporting to the Director of Finance the ideal candidate for this role will have:

• strong compliance and legislative knowledge for ON payroll
• experience processing A-Z payroll for both salaried and hourly employees
• previous experience managing 200-300 employees
• confidence in navigating the ADP WFN payroll system for pulling reports, validating payroll submissions etc.
• prior experience with GL reporting, reconciliations and remittances
