Payroll & Benefits Assistant – Permanent – Hybrid – up to £40,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a professional services company, looking for a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis. The Payroll Assistant will assist payroll for 600 employees, whilst responsible for the accurate benefits data input & compliance, for their UK entities. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 3 days in their London office.
The Payroll Assistant will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Processing the monthly UK payroll for over 600 employees including RTI and posting payroll journals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Administering the day to day duties for UK payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers, SSP, SMP/alabaster calculations, SPP, SAP, ShPP, auto-enrolment and pension management etc. Manual calculations alongside systems when needed
