Payroll & Billing Specialist

We are a growing information technology consulting firm based in Mississauga, seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist to support our back-office finance and operations functions.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment , ideal for someone who can take ownership of payroll and billing cycles while supporting core accounting processes.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees and contractors
• Manage and validate timesheet imports , ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Oversee client billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable , including:
• Vendor reconciliations and follow-ups
