Payroll Clerk

The Payroll Clerk is responsible for providing payroll support with a strong focus on timekeeping accuracy, worked hours validation, payroll cut-off reporting, and final pay (back pay) supporting schedules. The role ensures accurate payroll inputs, timely processing, and strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in night shift or early morning schedules (as early as 5:00 AM) to support payroll timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Timekeeping & Attendance Validation

• Validate timesheets, biometric logs, and shift schedules, including graveyard shifts, split shifts, rest days, and holidays.
• Monitor and process regular hours, overtime, night differential, rest day work, and holiday work in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
