RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Compensations & Benefits

• Process & oversee monthly payroll, ensure the payroll complies with state laws and federal regulations.
• Review & improve Compensation Policy & Process.
• Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
• Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
• Develop employee promotion and retention strategies.
• Conduct exit interview & prepare exit interview report.
• Manage & provide necessary training for compensation and payroll support teams.
• Prepare monthly Payroll Report, Staff Turnover Analysis Report, KPI Report & for management.

(2) Performance Management & Succession Planning

• Manage employees' performance management system. Ensure benefits package are competitive and internal pay structure remains fair, equitable and consistent with business needs.
