Job Summary:
The Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager ensures the efficient and compliant execution of payroll processes while leading the design and continuous improvement of total rewards strategies. This role manages all payroll-related operations and is responsible for designing and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce analytics strategies to ensure a competitive and data-driven approach to HR decision-making. Acting as both an operational leader and strategic advisor, the manager partners with HR and Finance function to deliver value through data accuracy, compliance, and competitive offerings.
