Payroll Configuration Specialist

* Develop a deep understanding of Strada’s own IP solution at a functional/ technical as well as business level.* Support the network of Payroll Country Champions who are local country payroll experts by understanding payroll requirements at a country and client level, and then using Strada Pay’s low code / no code framework, configure the needed solution using Strada Pay excel workbooks.* Test payroll configurations and updates to ensure accuracy.* Identify and resolve payroll system issues and discrepancies.* Maintain and adhere to Strada Pay’s best practices and standards to ensure consistency across countries.* Work with other product teams members to understand the more complex requirements, gaps, or issues to better our Strada Pay framework capabilities.* Ensure work is tracked, reported, and managed in line with the Strada Product SDLC and DevOps process.* Flag and manage issues and / or risks that impact the country localization delivery plan.* Provide coaching and advice to th...
