Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll configuration and processing using Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS Payroll
• Support end-to-end payroll cycles , including data validation, payroll runs, and reconciliation
• Help gather and document payroll requirements based on statutory and company policies
• Participate in testing (UAT) and resolve payroll issues with guidance from senior consultants
• Maintain payroll master data and support statutory compliance (tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Provide application support and user assistance for Oracle Payroll modules
