Payroll Consultant – Sap

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant – SAP Mexico to support and enhance our payroll operations and systems landscape.
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP Mexico Payroll, including configuration, schemas, rules, and functional troubleshooting.
The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless payroll execution and resolving integration challenges between Oracle systems and external payroll vendors.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical and functional payroll expertise, along with strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
The position follows a hybrid work model based in Monterrey, with flexibility to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
What will you do: Design, configure, and support SAP Mexico Payroll, including schemas, rules, and payroll processing logic.
