Payroll Consultant

Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced Payroll Senior/Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of end-to-end Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation, strong analytical ability, and proven experience guiding clients through complex HR and payroll transformations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver full-cycle Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
• Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
