Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries.
Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies.
Create and import bulk payroll entries.
Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries.
Create and deliver payroll financial management reports.
Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments).
Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
