Payroll Delivery Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Delivery Manager to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients remotely in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the team of payroll specialists internally to lead and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process for clients. The person will conduct the following activities:

- Provides leadership and expertise at a process level for the entire end-to-end payroll
- Indirectly manages colleagues to support them in executing their responsibilities
- Supports (existing and new) clients and internal teams throughout various client life cycles
- Has an “I own it” attitude about deliverables and projects from start to finish
- Accountable and responsible for overall quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and a low error or defect percentage. Leads efforts to continually improve in these areas.
