We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to join our back-office team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for our US-based retail operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for US-based employees on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and US payroll regulations
Prepare payroll reports for management review
