Payroll Executive

Overview

This is a full-time on-site Payroll Executive role located in Karachi at ibex. The individual will assist in various tasks related to the company's payroll operations. incumbent may also possess strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain employee records, including time and attendance data, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and tax regulations in Pakistan to ensure compliance with payroll processes.
• Providing payslips, Verifying, attesting employees' status to external stakeholders banks, other companies and government institutions.
