Payroll Executive

About the role
This is a full-time Payroll Executive role based in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. As part of the HR team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including computation of salaries, allowances, overtime, medical claims, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other related payments.
• Execute payroll transactions accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain employees' personal files, including leave records, medical claims, attendance, and other HR documentation in the filing system.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
