Join the team at Pro Payroll Sdn. Bhd. as a full-time Payroll Executive/Payroll Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for providing accurate and efficient payroll processing and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing:

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings for multiple clients.
• Process employee changes such as new hires and terminations, which includes the filing of the necessary tax forms for new hires and leavers as per regulatory requirements.
• Timely and accurate execution of net salary and statutory/ non-statutory contribution payments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Generate accurate and timely payroll reports and reconciliations.
