Payroll Executive

HonorVet Technologies is expanding its Payroll Team and looking for an experienced Payroll Executive!

📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite)

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST)

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.
• Generate payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with Finance and HR records.
• Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll activities.
• Manage Full & Final settlements for exiting employees.
