Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Indian payroll processing
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements ( PF, ESIC, PT, TDS , etc.)
Manage Full & Final (FNF) settlements
Work on HRMS platforms for payroll processing and employee data management
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Maintain payroll accuracy, timelines, and confidentiality
✅ Desired Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes
Hands-on experience in statutory compliances
Experience in FNF processing
Familiarity with HRMS tools
