Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional payroll implementation and transformation projects across multiple countries
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination for payroll initiatives
Gather and analyse business requirements to support payroll system enhancements and implementations
Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities
Support integration of payroll systems with HR, finance, and related platforms
Ensure payroll processes comply with regional regulations and internal policies
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll systems and operations
