Payroll Lead

The opportunity 

Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading organisation based in the heart of Brisbane CBD to recruit an experienced Payroll Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong market presence and a collaborative, high-performing finance team.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function while leading and mangaging a small payroll team. This role is ideal for a hands-on payroll professional who enjoys both operational delivery and driving process improvements.

About the role

• Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process across a weekly cycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
