Role Objectiv

eCoordinate and execute payroll and HR operational processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll administration across Mexico while supporting payroll activities in the United States and Canada

.This role is responsible for payroll validation, vendor coordination, employee administration, benefits support, and HR operations, partnering closely with Finance and external providers to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent employee experience
