Payroll Manager

We are seeking a Payroll Manager to report to the Sr. Payroll Manager, U.S. Payroll. This role will lead day-to-day payroll operations with a strong focus on U.S. multi-state payroll, tax compliance, labor laws, SOX requirements, and internal controls. The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll staff, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, drive system enhancements, and partner cross-functionally to support broader business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in payroll systems, preferably Workday, and hands-on experience managing payroll within a U.S. multi-state manufacturing environment. + Managing all payroll processes, including but not limited to one-time payments, garnishments, tax forms, direct deposit, bonuses, deductions, and year-end activities
