Payroll Manager

I am seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for a global business.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions, including the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Netherlands, and Germany.

1. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and benefits.
2. Stay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction.
3. Support the wider payroll and HR team with guidance and advice across all payroll matters.
4. Manage data integrity and conduct compliance audits.
5. Implement reporting and process improvements.

Experience

• A proven track record in managing payroll.
• Demonstrated experience working in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll in Spain and France.
