You will manage a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while partnering closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders.</p><p><br />The role also drives payroll transformation, process improvements, and system enhancements, including automation and data-driven decision-making.
