We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager & Payroll Officer to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with South African labour and tax legislation with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• 3 - 5 years process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SARS, UIF, SDL, and BCEA regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile employee records, leave, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with HR and finance teams regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management within South Africa.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Pastel Payroll, Sage VIP, PaySp...
