The Payroll Manager, Chile is responsible for ensuring the continuity, accuracy, and compliance of payroll operations across six legal entities in Chile. This role exists to protect employee trust, uphold MetLife's control and audit standards, and enable the company's strategic evolution of its payroll operating model.
