Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Payroll Manager for their San Bruno, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Payroll Processing: Lead the end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP Global View and Celergo.
+ System Administration: Manage data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolving interface errors.
+ Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all payroll activities comply with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal audit requirements.
+ Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports for finance, HR, and tax authorities, providing insights into labor costs and variances.
+ Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries from employees and external vendors, ensuring high levels of service and accuracy.
