Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, the activities include, but not limited:Required education and competencies- Leading the payroll team- End to end payroll processing.
- Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements.
- Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete- Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements).
- Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI's)- Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements- Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base- Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system.
