Payroll Master

Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring payroll processing, audit and validation are in place ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for large groups of employees.

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage complex payroll cycles, audit payroll data, calculate necessary adjustments, and handle tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities Data Accuracy & Auditing:  Conducting reconciliations and performing payroll audits to confirm compliance with internal controls and legal regulations.

Process, tools and system Improvement:  Identifying operational gaps, implementing new procedures, and enhancing overall efficiency.

System Management:  Utilizing both manual and advanced payroll systems to manage payroll data and generate reports.
