About the role

Join Mandarin Premier Hotels and Resorts Group as a Payroll Master, responsible for managing the full cycle payroll processing for the company's employees in Malay, Aklan. In this full-time role, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data collection, calculation, and disbursement
• Ensure payroll compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and file relevant payroll tax reports and remittances
• Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees
• Continuously improve payroll operations and identify opportunities for process enhancements
