Payroll Migration Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Jointly lead the implementation and integration of a payroll automation platform across APMEA and Europe, streamlining payroll operations and reducing manual intervention.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of payroll automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, payroll teams, IT, HR, Finance, and vendors to gather requirements, map workflows, and design optimized automated solutions.
• Assist in system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), deployment , and post‑implementation support to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and supporting best‑practice implementation.
