Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, in-depth payroll knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll, from timekeeping validation to payslip preparation and release
• Prepare and compute final pay for separated employees in accordance with company policy and labor standards
• Monitor and validate daily employee attendance (time-in and time-out)
• Review and verify timesheets, overtime, undertime, and leave records
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of payroll records and reports
