Payroll Officer

Job Description:

• Handles daily compensation and benefit activities and ensures accurate and reliable computation of employee's salary and benefits on a timely manner
• Ensures compliance to audit and other critical requirements
• Provide monthly information such as salaries and related expenses for the PNL reports of all sales personnel
• Prepares and completes semi-monthly payroll for confident employees
• Assist the C&B Team in the preparation of semi-monthly payroll of non-confidential employees and ensures these are done accurately and on a time manner
• Assists in the annual salary review
• Responsible for the timely computation of 13th Month Pay and all types of bonuses and incentives
• Ensures employees Department and Section Code are correct and updated in the system
• Ensures proper and correct reporting and compilation of monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates
