Payroll Officer (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Use Synergix HR software to accurately process payroll functions within 2 to 3 days each payroll period to ensure timely payroll completion
• Review and verify payroll data to confirm accuracy before submission, preventing errors and discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to maintain payroll integrity
• Track and record employee work hours based on timesheet clock-ins to calculate payroll accurately
• Manage monthly payroll deadlines with accountability to ensure consistent and reliable payroll processing
