Payroll Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Officer. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing end to end payroll operations, ensuring accurate calculation and timely processing of salaries and wages. Key duties include administering payroll services, maintaining compliance with payroll tax regulations, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. The role involves handling employee inquiries related to payroll and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll computation
• Running payroll in the system
• Validating system payroll
• New hire payroll consolidation
• Payroll adjustments and corrections
• Payslip support and payroll queries
• Final pay computation (back pay, last pay, prorations)
• Payroll-related invoicing support (editing templates)
• Payroll summaries and basic reconciliation support
