We’re partnering with a well-established, successful business seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting payroll operations across both Australia and New Zealand, working closely with outsourced providers to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant processing.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day payroll coordination, acting as the key link between the business and external providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the payroll inbox and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner

Managing payroll changes and preparing accurate instructions for outsourced providers
