Payroll Officer

Job description

• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end-to-end payroll function
• Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives, including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments
• Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Assist with the integration, centralization and standardization of the payroll process across the group.
• Accountable for ensuring HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the payroll transactions.
• Ensures the operating manual procedures are reviewed and updated yearly and when necessary.
• Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required
