About the Role

The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of payroll for a portfolio of low to medium-risk clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, onboarding, terminations, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory requirements, including tax filings and returns
• Administer employee benefits and load salary and benefit payments accurately and timeously
• Maintain accurate payroll records in line with audit and data privacy requirements
