  Job description 
 Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing of our renal care business. Ensures Payroll and Timekeeping standards comply with company policies and/or regulations and legislation.
  Key Functions: 
 Accurate processing and on-time credit of payroll. Ensures proper documentation of all payroll-related payments.
 Prepares the monthly Headcount Report for AP submission.
 Coordinates with Accounting to ensure proper recording of payroll disbursements and statutory requirements.
 Monitors tax annualization for an accurate tax deduction and remittance.
 Prepares and reconciles the annual BIR Alphalist for compensation tax.
 Manages the release of the annual BIR 2316 to employees and submission of the DVD copy as prescribed by Revenue Regulation 1-2014.
 Preparation of The Quarterly Survey of the Philippine Business Industry as a requirement of DOLE.
