Role
Leading the Payroll Consultants team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent service delivery.
Overseeing workload distribution, schedules, and task prioritization to meet payroll timelines.
Monitoring team performance, productivity, and adherence to operational standards. Providing coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to support individual and team development.
Serving as a point of coordination between the payroll team and internal stakeholders.
Escalating technical payroll concerns to subject-matter experts as needed.
Driving a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
Supporting process improvements, documentation, and operational readiness initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory, preferably in operations, shared services, or HR-related environments.
