Payroll Operations Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Operations Supervisor will play a key role in supervising day-to-day payroll operations of the NFI Group payrolls across North America, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing for US and Canadian team members. This role provides hands‑on leadership to the payroll team, supports payroll processing across in‑house and outsourced systems, and serves as an escalation point for complex payroll issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple pay groups across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve payroll registers, reconciliations, and variance reports prior to payroll close.
• Manage payroll processing across in‑house systems and third‑party vendors to ensure consistent service delivery.
