The Payroll Outsourcing Consultant plays a key role in supporting our clients by ensuring accurate payroll delivery, providing professional advisory on statutory compliance, and optimizing the use of Info-Tech's HRMS platform. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and high-quality payroll experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF), and PCB tax
Work closely with clients to collect payroll information and ensure clear, professional communication
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements
Handle statutory submissions and liaise with relevant authorities when needed
Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and employee data
Investigate and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
