The Payroll Outsourcing Consultant plays a key role in supporting our clients by ensuring accurate payroll delivery, providing professional advisory on statutory compliance, and optimizing the use of Info-Tech's HRMS platform. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and high-quality payroll experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF), and PCB tax
• Work closely with clients to collect payroll information and ensure clear, professional communication
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements
• Handle statutory submissions and liaise with relevant authorities when needed
• Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and employee data
